TREMOREX THERAPY

TREMOREX THERAPY

TREMOREX is a therapy that mitigates movement disorders by training and restoring muscle memories.

Reflex muscle memories
Reflex muscle memories stabilize balance and movement against environmental disturbances. For example, walking, a movement, on an oscillating floor, an environmental disturbance. But deficit reflexes caused by aberrant muscle memories may not only fail at mitigating a disturbance but become a source of it. Executing any movement is impaired when reflexes do not do their job or become a problem rather than a solution.

Intentional muscle memories
Intentional muscle memories are motor skills like walking, playing a musical instrument or riding a bicycle. They can become aberrant because they attempt to compensate for deficit reflex muscle memories.

Reflex and intentional muscle memories may be trained with practice
It is virtually impossible for an intentional muscle memory to be adequately trained without training the reflex muscle memory.

TREMOREX causes reflex muscle memories to be executed on demand, vigorously, repeatedly, and under program control.

That is how you train any muscle memory

But how do you effectuate a reflex muscle memory?
Unlike intentional muscle memories that respond to conscious decision, reflex muscle memories respond to stimulus of reflex sensory neurons. Balance reflexes respond to vestibular sensory stimulation, stretch reflexes respond to muscle stretch, and tension reflexes respond to muscle tension. The answer:

Stimulate sensory neurons the way they are designed to be stimulated

Sensory Neuron Stimulation [SNS]
Balance therapy clearly demonstrates an application of SNS. In this case, stimulate the balance sensors with movement that effectuates balance reflexes.

Balance training via Sensory Neuron Stimulation

SNS is an expression, term, developed to describe the endogenous method of effectuating reflexes used by TREMOREX. Although not referred to as such, a limited number of other therapies employ SNS, and it has been observed in the laboratory. See Sensory Neuron Stimulation in Action.

TREMOREX is an application of SNS

Passive stimulation
Stimulation of reflex sensory neurons is provided by passively moving limbs and body parts with the TREMOREX device. Frequency and amplitude are programmable and when load is added to the orbital movement, like increasing the weight of the device, the reflex challenge is increased.

The device movement and load may be directed to target reflexes by assuming different postures. For example, hold the device with both arms outstretched until you can no longer support the weight, then assume another posture to place the movement and load on other muscle groups.

Active stimulation
When performing a physical therapy routine, the device movement is continually shifting from one muscle group to another. Routines may be optimized as the muscle groups may be targeted much like exercise equipment to build specific muscle groups are deployed. Do curls and you build biceps, do squats and you build quads, dance and you build many muscles.

When subjects perform motor skills and mental tasks, they do so with intent to improve. Performance feedback guides improvement whilst increasing demand on reflexes. Reflexes are trained to do their job whilst subjects are engaged in other physical and mental activity. That is why stabilization reflexes exist.

TREMOREX therapy is performing motor and cognitive tasks with intent to improve whilst stabilization reflexes are perturbed

Many of the theories expressed herein are supported by empirical results. Some are projections based on neuroscience and logic. For example, although “active stimulation” with “intent to improve” is considered vital in the training process, most subjects realized significant improvement with minimal activity.

The TREMOREX website describes a patented “apparatus and method using same”, that mitigates movement disorders such as Parkinsonian Symptoms. Included are 4 short videos showing “before and after TREMOREX therapy”, 6 case study results, and how neuroscience supports the TREMOREX application of that science.

The results are unprecedented, profound, and chronicled on the website

There is a considerable amount of work required to optimize TREMOREX. That is why I am contacting people that should have significant interest: neurologists, persons with movement disorders and support organizations. Perhaps you’re one of them; perhaps you may wish to participate in this “industry first” innovation. Perhaps you want to make medical history.
